The holding’s journey started just over 20 years ago. At the first stage, KEI was one of the main dealers of Knauf, under Comfort LLC. While promoting and selling building materials, our organization entered into construction and repairs businesses respectively. After gaining loyalty in the market, the company did several renovations to commercial businesses under the LIMA Group company. By 2012, when the Georgian tourist market started booming, our company entered the hospitality field and started to build hotels under LLC Linda. Aside, we took and completed several casino and real estate projects via BDL LLC. Our vast experience in property investment and investment management inspires our customers for tight cooperation on different projects in addition to the initial crossroad where a journey took the first steps.
