Front Office & Housekeeping Masterclasses – 20–21 September 2025

These two-day sessions provided hands-on training in hotel operations, guest services, and housekeeping excellence, introducing international standards adapted to the Georgian context. The program also supported staff from regional hotels, offering practical skills to elevate service quality across Tbilisi, Borjomi, Kakheti, Likani, and beyond. As a special gesture of recognition, participating staff received presents to celebrate their commitment to professional growth and continuous learning. With initiatives like these, KEI continues to bridge global knowledge and local talent, strengthening the hospitality workforce and fostering a sustainable, internationally competitive sector across Georgia.
